Manatee Adventures Crystal River — Local services in Homosassa Springs

Crystal, the swimmer, and the captain were absolutely amazing—both so kind and helpful. We really appreciated how they prioritized protecting and respecting the manatees. Swimming with the manatees was an unforgettable experience and so much fun. The animals seemed to adore Crystal and kept swimming toward her, which was incredible. Because of this, the manatees were constantly around us, playing and interacting—it was magical!

When we got back on the boat, we were freezing, but the captain kindly gave us coats and gloves to warm up. Later, we enjoyed some hot chocolate and went on a short boat tour since we had some extra time.

This tour was truly incredible and absolutely worth it. Crystal sent us some amazing underwater photos, and the captain even took pictures from the boat—all included in the experience!

The tour was awesome! Captain AI was definitely a professional one! After he took us to see the manatees, we even have a bonus tour to see dolphins, turtles, and even an alligator!!! That’s so cool! And for our guide Carlos, he was really nice and helpful! He stay with us in the water to snorkel with all the time. He took pictures for us under the water and in the boat! We saw a manatee sleeping in the bottom of the water and also a baby swimming with mama. That’s so cute! Carlos also told us the habitat of the animals. One more thing, hot cocoa and doubts wouldn’t be better! We will definitely be back for the scallop tour next summer! Strong...

Where to start?! My wife, 2 kiddos and myself had an AMAZING experience swimming with the manatees and learning about them as well as the tour through the jungle. Captain Al and Carlos went above and beyond to ensure a fun, peaceful, safe, and comfortable experience. A++ on hospitality! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. From seeing dolphins, having hot cocoa, boat jackets, and the kiddos treasure chest! They both immediately felt like family from the start.
