Lisa and her team made emptying my Dad's home a breeze. Especiall since I was dealing with my Dad who wasn't in very good shape. She even went above and beyond as I had left my Mom's quilt in the dryer, in my haste to pack and vacate the house to travel back to Michigan, Lisa was kind enough to box it up and send it to me.
