Like a lot of people, I've accumulated a few injuries over the years, and I hold in quite a bit of emotional/mental tension too. Don't we all... I've gone the route of mainstream specialists a few times to try to manage ongoing aches and pains. Sometimes it helped, but most of the time, not really. Just my experience. Going to this school has changed my life. I am so happy I decided to follow through with both the LMT and HHP programs. Lucky and the other teachers are incredible, just to name a few Kathy Julia, the reflexology teacher Brittany, nutritionist Elena Maganto, life coach Lani Kwon all so real and truly caring about their students. The schedule is flexible and it is not nearly as strict and stressful as my experience going to University.
