I came here because I had my hair colored at another salon and it turned out very brassy. I just wanted this brassiness gone, and Julia was able to fix it, but it only lasted for one week. I paid $360 for the service, tip, and special shampoo and UV protector spray that were supposed to help keep the brassiness from returning. Julia told me that there was really no such thing as permanent hair color, but I've actually had permanent hair color from another salon in California. When I explained my frustration to Julia, she blamed my "lack of knowledge" about hair care.
