Hoover Furniture outlet — Local services in Hoover

I completely forgot to review this awesome place! I got a couch and loveseat here a couple weeks ago and they had a Labor Day sale going on. Got the set for right around $1K and paid a couple hundred more for delivery. The delivery guys messed up their schedule and called to the shop saying they couldn't make it to deliver to me after all, but then two of the male family members who run the store brought their own delivery truck and came to deliver after hours anyway-- setting up the furniture completely for me. I realize mistakes happen, but the shop took complete ownership of it and rectified the situation that very day. I was thoroughly impressed! Will definitely be back...

Everyone from Ahmad to the delivery guys were great!! Very nice as I looked for a bedroom set. Delivery guys called to say they were on the way and then called again saying they were stuck in traffic. They took extra care of putting the furniture together, and cleaned up when they were finished. Best service we have ever gotten in purchasing furniture. Will go there first in the future...
