Sorry I cannot recall the owners name, I know it starts w H lol. Super super discovery.. clean beyond what Ive seen anywhere in a meat shop. Ever. Ive been in the food biz for 4o years, worked on mega sail yachts and research vessels for years… i have never seen nor heard of any product coming in that fresh, packaged and in my hands to prepare. Ive searched the tri state and almsot every county for what we have found here. Im not blowing smoke here i promise. Lol. I watched him prepare, cut on stainless steel counters… in a butcher shop. Just as spotless as the very charter vessels I worked on. And we conversed for a hour, like we knew eachother for years, having a coffee at a diner… personable, attentive, honest, looked like a family run business. All the customers up to the very minute they closed, same thing, like family. In 30 years, I’ve never seen anything like it, and he does a ton of business back there and you would never know it other than sitting right beside him while he cuts lamb and chicken while we talk shop. The whole crew smiles on their faces while talking to the clientele. What a find. Wish I would’ve knew about this place years ago when we’re spending thousands a week on provisions.. Stop down and give this guy try, you’re not gonna regret it, they got some cool snacks, all sorts of produce spices teas, and perfect dates, im addicted to them. Great supermarket with an excellent butcher and wide range of fresh, frozen and packaged foods. I am from Wales, United Kingdom and I also like that I can find British candy and cookies as well plenty of ingredients to make Indian cuisine at home. I met Hadi the owner as we went to check out, he gave me a compliment on my hair, I thought he was just joking and I ended up hurting Hadi’s kind heart. Good thing he’s an awesome guy and accepted my apology after being tempted with some delicious mango juice! I tried to use ice cream, but that didn’t work, but it def worked on me!
