Shoes for my 16 yr old were shipped to me used. Tried to exchange or return. Manager looked at my son and I as if we wore them and then tried to returned them.. She went on to complaining about whoever store sent these is going to get them back in a very nasty way which has nothing to do with me. Bottom line she refused to refund money. Said can exchange but they did not carry items in store. Mind you travelled 30 mins to get there. I was sincerely apologized to over phone in customer service. That's why I do my shopping online! Their buy one get one half off sale is great, they've got a pretty good selection in a wide variety of styles and brands but I wouldn't expect to see anything remotely exotic or unusual (not that it's a bad thing, I mean it IS supposed to cater to families and normal people like me) but their prices are really good.
