This evening was not as crowded as last Saturday. So if you're gonna go, its best to go through the week. Now for my experience....I ordered the Hibachi chicken. It was a normal experience as any other hibachi grill. I ordered a crunchy shrimp roll and asked the waiter was it fried and she said yes. When a different waitress brought it out, it wasn't fried and I explained to her that I asked before I got it. Needless to say, I didn't want a raw roll, so they took it back. The chef was good with the normal antics, knife trick, egg trick, fire blaze, chicken bites throw and the onion volcano. There was one different trick from the others, which was the ketchup squirt trick.😄My mom looked like she had a few choice words finna come up and out, until she realized it was a string.😅 And the last thing to report was the pricing. Its a bit higher than Ninja and definitely Yuki(was closed and was the originally planned restaurant). I ended up spending almost $30 for hibachi chicken and an Arnold Palmer. But the best part of the deal, I was able to bring the other half home to my father to eat. They give you plenty! This is my 2nd time coming from several years back and I will probly be back again....just not so soon.

The food was great for me and my bay ;). We did get starters which was the eggroll (two) and the bang bang chicken (soooo good my taste buds craved it literally I couldnt stop eating them). He got the hibachi chicken and shrimp and I grabbed the salmon and shrimp ots. We had leftovers and it tasted even better the following day, we will double back. The waiter was respectful, patient, and warm.

First time here. We decided to forego the hibachi show and sit at a booth. For that, we were seated immediately. There was a long wait for hibachi. I had hot sake - so smooth. My wife had General’s chicken and I had Orange beef. The beef was breaded and fried -that was a curve ball. I expected naked beef. The chicken was good but as expected. No wow factor. All things considered, a decent meal.

I used to go to this restaurant all the time. The food is really good. However, the customer service is HORRIBLE! I was also one of their customers who would place orders to go. I found out later that if you place an order to go, they will not give you hardly any food even though you are paying the SAME price! I asked the manager why this was and he stated that its because they "want you to watch the show." Not all of us have time to sit through a show though! I was disappointed with how that manager handled things when I mentioned that this was really messed up. About a month later my daughter ordered our food over the phone and the lady continued to interrupt her. My daughter repeated our order 5 times! They told us it would be about a 20 minute wait. We waited and headed that way and about 2 minutes before we were supposed to be there to pick our order up we get a phone call telling us that the order was not done correctly. My daughter explained how we had been waiting over 20 minutes already and all he had to say was "sorry." My daughter asked if we waited again (for ANOTHER 20 minutes for THEIR mess up) would we get a discount? The manager (who I could clearly hear over her phone) stated "yes." When I walked back inside to get my order, 40 minutes later..the manager would not give me a discount and told me that he never said that he would to my daughter. What?!?! I told him that I could hear him tell her yes and that I was sitting right next to her. He proceeded to argue with me and still would not give us the discount he promised! I let him know that I would NEVER come back to his restaurant and that I ate there a great deal (as well as brought a lot of people each week) and he let me know how he could care less. He just stated "I tried to make it right by calling you." I was clear with him that if we would have been told no that we would not receive a discount we would have just told him to not worry about it. He again..did not care. As I was leaving the place, very upset may I add, one of the ladies came running out with a box of food in her hand..They had ONCE AGAIN messed up the order and left out food!! I am over this restaurant. If you want good customer service..DO NOT go to this place! If you want to be treated fairly..DEFINITELY DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE! The rudest people you...

Went last night for a birthday party with 13 guests and was thoroughly disappointed. The customer service was horrible. Attitudes of the older Asian lady with shoulder length hair on the staff was horrible. They behaved and spoke rough and uncouth as if hearding and handling animals at the circus. Talking loud and abrupt when asked questions, and not willingly offering acceptable solutions. Food was good however I declined to leave a tip despite gratuity being suggested because the hostess at our table was a 10 on a rudeness scale of 1- 10. 10 Being the worst ever. I've been patronizing this establishment for over 15 years and have never ever experienced such curt and deliberate bad service. A soft skill and service refresher is indeed in large order. One member of our group was late and we were repeatedly told an additional hibachi meal could not be added even though our cook had not arrived. They added it after being asked several times. Our cocktails were late. And the coup de gra was when the cook ran out of vegetables for the last few plates, including mines which was a filet mignon and chicken ($34.95) meal. When I brought it to his attention that putting a plate of veggie scraps of chopped white onion, with three mushrooms and two cubes of zucchini was unacceptable especially for what I was paying for, he looked at me and kept going with cleaning the table and ending the meal without even attempting to resolve this gross short change. This solidified my decision to forego tipping. Never have I ever! I was completely appalled, disgusted and felt ignored and only a money grab despite spending quite a bit of my hard earned money with your business. Do better and train your staff on true hospitality.

Update: Joyce still added $10 gratuity to my ticket and charged me in spite of me writing "no tip" on my ticket and writing in only $ 51.90 to be charged. Per the law, I cannot be forced to pay this and I will be in there to see a manager today to have it removed.

Update#2 I spoke to Steve, supposedly the manager, who was also very inhospitable regarding my experience with this restaurant and refused to refund my gratuity despite the awful service Joyce provided to our party. BBB complaint loading and sent. After several weeks on BBB, my refund was finally processed. I...

For my family and I when we think of the Japanese Steakhouse we associate it with a full filled night. I have 4 kids all under the age of 9. The experience of the egg toss, the volcano, and the train are all awesome displays. Well tonight was all but a thrill. The cook did absolutely nothing!!!! There was a party of 2 who joined us who also stated “with 4 kids tonight we were sure to have a good show”. That’s not all the cook was obviously sick continually coughing, my wife ordered a appetizer that showed up late and under cooked. We returned the appetizer but was uneasy to requested another one instead asking for it to be removed. So now it bill time nothing else could go wrong right WRONG!!! I never really ask for money off I just appreciate good service. We get the bill and they added gratuity in the amount of the removed appetizer. So I ask at what point do you add Gratuity the response was 6 or more. “Wow so I have gratuity for a 18 month old child that was fed from our plate” The waiter ask the manager and he said yes WOW!!! Cool here is the payment. After paying I expressed this to the manager and how they may have lost a customer. He removes just the gratuity. I am still very unhappy with a very poor customer service and overall experience. He returns for me to pay so I didn’t include a tip. He questions me so we are not leaving a tip. “Sir you will never see me again” The sad part is I have been a loyal customer upwards of 10 times or better and no I will not ever go back. Customer service...
