Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Hoover

Bought 2 bras that didn't fit. Went back on a Saturday at noon which was the day I was returning home (5 hours away) and was told I could not try them on because the fitting rooms were closed. I explained I was from out of town and since the $100 worth of bras I were returning didn't fit, I wanted to try them on before I bought replacements.

The cashier said there was nothing she could do and suggested I buy them, find somewhere in the mall to try them on to make sure they fit, and then return them if not. So to recap...buy, run out to the mall to try them on, run back in an return them if I need a DIFFERENT size, and repeat. Anyone else laughing out loud at the absurdity of the suggestion?

Turns out the "closed fitting rooms" was a covid policy that had expired a few months earlier (confirmed by my LOCAL Victoria Secrets when I bought there 3 days later) so there was NO REASON to not allow a customer to try them on. Guess losing a $100 sale is more important than allowing 1 customer to inconvenience 5 employees to unlock a door on a Saturday.

hard to look for anything at this vs/vs pink it is very crowded and the lines are confusing and doesn't have an actual start place when it is busy. none of the drawers are accurately labeled. they had a very small variety of anything because they were so out of stuff. and when i gave the lady (don't remember her name but the receipt says cashier 3133464) my coupons she acted like she didn't want to accept them. when she was bagging the sherpa blanket she put it in the smallest bag their was possibly and stuffed it to where it wouldn't even stay in the bag. I also qualified for a free tote and the 20 off 50 coupon reward valid in September and i did not receive that either. probably wont be returning to this store. out of all of the workers here no one offered to...

Horrible customer service. We came in the store unbeknownst that they were closing five minutes. The person at the front said nothing and the girl who stopped to help us never mentioned anything until after she measured the ladies in my group. She told us that they were about to close, but it was fine because we were already in the store. We apologized and said that we were unaware that they were closing. After the ladies tried on garments another woman approached us rudely stating that they were closed and we could order at the register.
