Bought 2 bras that didn't fit. Went back on a Saturday at noon which was the day I was returning home (5 hours away) and was told I could not try them on because the fitting rooms were closed. I explained I was from out of town and since the $100 worth of bras I were returning didn't fit, I wanted to try them on before I bought replacements.
The cashier said there was nothing she could do and suggested I buy them, find somewhere in the mall to try them on to make sure they fit, and then return them if not. So to recap...buy, run out to the mall to try them on, run back in an return them if I need a DIFFERENT size, and repeat. Anyone else laughing out loud at the absurdity of the suggestion?
Turns out the "closed fitting rooms" was a covid policy that had expired a few months earlier (confirmed by my LOCAL Victoria Secrets when I bought there 3 days later) so there was NO REASON to not allow a customer to try them on. Guess losing a $100 sale is more important than allowing 1 customer to inconvenience 5 employees to unlock a door on a Saturday.
This is why people shop online. And btw - there are some AMAZING bra companies online now. Don't waste your time with Victoria's Secret in Wolfchase. The secret? This location secretly...
