Barrys Grocery cuts to order the best steaks I have found anywhere else. Just cooked 4 ribeyes cut 1 3/4", and they were so tender and tasty. They also put together beautiful filet mignons. I also grilled two of the filets cut 1 1/2". My wife said she can't justify paying exorbitant prices for a filet in a fine restaurant when I can grill such delicious cuts from Barry's. Lastly, they mix a fantastic ground breakfast sausage. You can't find any large brand sausage that comes close to their sausage If you are in Hope, or just traveling through onInterstate 30, it's worth getting off I-30 and stop by and get some of their meat. Id have given then five stars but then came to the realization that a couple of cans of Mac n beef I bought from them has a best by date of 2012, bad part is I've already opened them, as a customer you feel as if you shouldn't have to always check dates on certain things like canned foods or most dried goods but beware...
