Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Hope

I got screwed over. I have went to all lengths to get this straightened out but apparently sonic won't correct there mistakes. That's ok if they have a need to take from customers and not give them what they pay for. I don't know to do about this any more. Count my losses? And call it a rip off I quess. I was treated with disrespect by an employee and the manager didn't honor his word with me. Take your chances people. You don't always get what you paid for from them and they act like your order is important enough to correct it. I spent 32 bucks with the on line order and cash when we picked up order. Ended up getting some one else order after waiting on two diffrent occasions after ordering online. What really sucks is i still have money on my Sonic card since you can only order online by money on card. So after 3 weeks i guess they think i forgot about getting there screwed up order. All the gas, time and money I have invested in this and they just shut me down and I have not been made whole by far yet. Take what they give you or you might be like me and get nothing for that...

I feel like when people pay for extra anything they should get the extra.. when I ask for a regular medium water with real lemon I get 2 slices… so when I ask for a rout 44 water with EXTRA lemon I feel like I should be getting more then 3 slices ESPECIALLY if I’m tipping just buying a water. My burgers always look like they have been thrown together cheese and meat halfway on the bun with sauces all over the wrapper and it looks like it was smushed. I know yall get busy at times but when I come and it’s only 5 cars counting myself my food should not look like this. Please do better. Not all of the people but a lot of the people who bring me my drinks/food have a bad attitude or are very rude when I ask for missed condiments that I’ve told the people on the headset I would like...

I specifically ordered a rt 44 French vanilla iced coffee light ice, but what I got was a plain iced coffee with no French vanilla in it. The car hop was rude to me saying all sonics have cold brew coffee with milk you add flavor to. She took my coffee back in, I bet to only give me one or two squirts of French vanilla because I barely tasted much difference, and brought it back out to me with a new straw. She has poor customer service skills and needs to work on the way she treats her customers. I was on my way to the courthouse to celebrate Veterans day with my Pa who served in the army and Vietnam.
