HeBrews 11&1 — Restaurant in Hope

I can't say enough good things about HeBrews in Hope! I am here for work, for two weeks and not a coffee shop in sight. Hotel coffee can only do so much for me. The gentlemen I'm working with for two weeks mentioned HeBrews about a mile away. I scurried over there the next morning and it is the most quant coffee shop I could've ever imagined. I ended up getting a smoothie and coffee every morning for breakfast. Always with the help of suggestions from the owner. She made me feel so at home in such a small town. I had tears in my eyes as she told me how blessed she was during Covid that the whole town supported her business, even if they really probably couldn't. She said, God told them to come in and they did. It really is nice to know these small towns and small business owners survived with the help of their faith and love for each other. I was driving on the highway and wanted a coffee, and google listed this as an option. It is 5 minutes off the highway, but it is worth the detour. I showed up on a Monday, when they have discounts. There was only one barista, but she hustled and processed orders quickly. She was very welcoming and friendly. The coffee is very good. A bit hotter than I normally like, but that isn't a deal breaker for me. If I was staying in the area, I'd get my coffee here daily. Next time I'm driving this stretch of highway, I will be sure...

Hebrews 11:1 was my lunch spot for the day and it did not disappoint! I ordered a delicious chef salad and lemon sweet tea. I couldn’t resist a slice of blueberry cheesecake with chocolate crust that was displayed in the refrigerator. Everything was so yummy!!
