This was the worse experience I’ve ever had with Ivan Smith ! My Date To get my room set was supposed to be February 10th and my date got pushed back twice. Which I understand supply and demand is a difficulty right now but before the second time I was informed it had all arrived and if I wouldn’t have called before coming that day I wouldn’t have known it was a waste of a trip for it to not be there.
