I ordered the Not Rated Shea boots in GREY online. What arrived has to be the Tan version because the boots I was sent match nothing grey in my closet. I even sent a picture back showing a grey shirt next to the boots to show how they aren't grey! I said I shouldn't have to pay to return them since there was obviously a mistake. And crickets! Nothing back from them, so I decided to wear them with something brown in my closet. They are the most uncomfortable boots I've ever worn!!! Do not buy these boots! Half the time when I go in to Martin's the girls in the back are just talking to each other like crazy and not really paying attention to any of the customers. Sometimes the girls in front are also. I don't remember ever having someone come up to me first thing and asked me if they could help me find something. Not ever. Also some of the girls that work there give me the sense that they think they're doing me a favor to wait on me. Not all of them but many of them. I purchased a jacket from this shop and they shipped it to the wrong address. They expected the person who got it by mistake to send it back to them before they would send it to me or refund my money. Total rip off. So, here I sit, waiting for some random guy who has my jacket to decide to go and ship it to Arkansas from California, so that this shop will then forward it on to me should that ever happen.
