Can't believe I spent $200 online and communicated over the phone and via text, to arrive and be discriminated against. I respect any business trying to protect the customer. But I needed to verify 5 different ways (Drivers License, show proof of text and email confirmation, and then they wanted my CC used after it was paid for online and I had proof of that transaction that they verified. After being treated like someone who wasn't valued I asked for a refund on the spot and told him I'm leaving a review. I own a business, and make EVERY CUSTOMER feel like family, no matter race, religious beliefs or political stance. I can't spend my hard earned money with a company that doesn't value me as their customer, but makes me feel that someone who looks like me is not wanted in this establishment. I hope you have a different experience, but don't be shocked if you look like me and they give you a hard time as a paying customer. The owner will respond to this and try to defend the credit number not matching the one used. But nothing online or via texting back and forth or my phone calling into the location was it ever mentioned that I needed 5 proofs of verification and my credit card used was 1 of 5 items needed to verify 😐

Products are fake and low potency. I explained to the staff that I want something potent that’s sativa based and is strong. They recommended me something that I bought. After keep using it and not getting the effects I did some research just to learn that what they sold me is a non potent product. Apparently it doesn’t have delta-9 in it, so it’s so effective. Wasted $50 and a ton of tries! Edit: The vape pen that I bought from this store also stopped working after a year. It's a Ooze Life brand. Definitely don't recommend it.

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with the owners of The Holistic Hub, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. It's clear from my interactions that they are not only incredibly nice and welcoming but also deeply knowledgeable about their offerings. Their passion for holistic wellness shines through in every conversation, making it evident that they truly care about their customers' well-being.

The shop itself presents a serene and inviting atmosphere, with a clean, well-organized layout that makes shopping there a truly pleasant experience. The range of products is impressive, catering to various needs with quality and care at the forefront. The owners are always ready to educate their customers, providing detailed information and personalized recommendations without any pressure to purchase.

What sets The Holistic Hub apart is their commitment to quality and transparency. They meticulously source their products, ensuring that everything they offer is safe, effective, and of the highest standard. It's clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority, and they go above and beyond to provide exceptional service.

Whether you're a seasoned holistic user or new to exploring the benefits of holistic products, The Holistic Hub is the perfect place to start your journey. Their expert guidance, friendly service, and high-quality products make them a standout choice for anyone interested in holistic wellness. Based on my positive business interactions and the evident satisfaction of their customers, I wholeheartedly recommend The Holistic Hub to anyone looking for a trusted source of holistic...

I almost hate writing this review bc I love supporting a small local business eeeek but...this is not a TRUE Marijuana dispensary. This place is EXCELLENT if you are looking for CBD. However, this shop only sells Delta 8 and Delta 10 cannabis/hemp derived products. Both are 100% legal and dont require a license to sell (like a delta 9 dispensary), so lots of tobacco shops are extending out, esp in states where weed is legal bc they can sell it under a "dispensary" guise. Delta 8 and 10 are partially synthetic and more importantly, they are not regulated by the FDA (the way delta 9/regular weed is) so farmers and manufacturers dont have to abide by any standards and product is not required to be tested for additives or contaminants. I would give this shop the benefit of the doubt, but they HIDE this. I specifically asked for "regular weed" and he offered "more potent" options that contain THC but are still delta 8 and 10. They do not sell delta 9, so its not worth even asking. The people reporting that you just have to ask for the right stuff, were fooled by the words, "oh you want more potent stuff, its down here". And that's not a lie. It is more potent. But its not D9. We spent $160 and i kind of had a hunch that the clerk was not being fully honest, but trusted positive reviews and had NO idea what D8 and D10 were. Hours of research after... Expensive...

The staff are very friendly, certainly, and will help direct you towards products. Unfortunately, I have to agree with other reviewers here that the store is misleading and disingenuous with what it sells, despite widespread customer satisfaction (based on reviews) with the products sold.

Despite news stories that say they have Pennington's only recreational license, the products that they sell are almost exclusively, if not entirely exclusively, ∆8, ∆9o, and ∆10 THC (not regulated by the FDA or even state law) rather than the highly abundant, naturally occurring ∆9 strains. These compounds are purported to have similar (albeit weaker) effects based on primarily anecdotal evidence, and they are allowed at the federal level due to their low THC∆9 content. This is evident based on the fact that many, if not all of their products are produced by manufacturers outside of New Jersey (whereas federal law prohibits the interstate transport of such products; this is why state-legal products are exclusively produced within the state in which they are sold, e.g. Washington, Oregon, Colorado, etc...)

There is not necessarily anything wrong with selling product that is predominated by these compounds, but the shop operates as if it is offering the same products as other, more expensive dispensaries despite the fact that it is not selling...
