Ordered an iced coffee with soy as I do regularly. Yesterday and today there was separation. I asked the girl if she could check the expiration on the soy milk. She told me it was the “natural sediment of the soy” and she could remake it but that it “might look the same”. There are two conditions under which soy milk would separate into tofu, one of which is that it has spoiled and is susceptible to bad bacteria growth since it is a perishable or that the coffee acidity is suddenly higher and that has caused the soy milk to “curdle”. I’m guessing the former since I just got sick in my office bathroom. And even if it was safe, no one wants to pay $7.50 for chunky coffee.

I don’t come here often, but yesterday I stopped in and got a hot chocolate before having to stand outside in the freezing cold. got to where I was going just to find out they forgot to put the chocolate in. I was just drinking hot milk 😅 waste of my gift card unfortunately

Dear Starbucks Management,

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the service I received at your Hopewell on 11/08/2024 7:54 AM ET. I have always enjoyed Starbucks, but this recent experience has left me extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service and professionalism at this location. When I arrived to pick up my online order, I noticed that one part of my order had been fulfilled, but my drink was missing. I approached the barista at the counter to inquire about my missing drink and kindly explained the situation. Instead of offering any assistance or explanation, the barista was dismissive and simply stated, "We're behind." No further information was provided, nor did he make any effort to resolve the issue. What made matters worse was that while I was waiting for my drink, I observed six customers who had ordered in person being served and leaving the store with their drinks. It was incredibly frustrating to see them being prioritized while I was left waiting with no update or explanation. Feeling that my online order would take longer than necessary, I decided to place a new order in person, hoping it would be processed more quickly. To my dismay, when I went to the counter to place the new order, I encountered the same barista. He quickly refunded my previous order without allowing me to express my frustration or discuss the situation. He showed no interest in hearing me out or offering any assistance. I tried to mention how the service felt slow and dismissive, but he was short with me and didn’t engage in any conversation. Once again, I was left without a drink, frustrated and upset, with no resolution to my concerns. The way I was treated was completely unacceptable, and I left the store feeling extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the entire experience. As a loyal Starbucks customer, I expect better service and respect from your staff. It is not acceptable for any customer to be treated in such a dismissive manner, especially when they are experiencing issues with their order. I hope you will address this situation with the barista involved and ensure that future customers do not have to endure the same poor treatment. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I trust that you will take appropriate steps to improve the service at this location, and I hope to hear back from you regarding any actions taken to address this...

I'm not sure what time the reviewers are going to this place that have complaints, probably during rush hour, so they should expect lines and business, but I've never had a problem. I do go on off hours, and sometimes wait and sometimes don't. If you are waiting, it's because of that person in front of you that orders 3 diffterent drinks with triple shots, extra whip, etc. The more special requests, the longer it will take. Not the baristas fault. Staff have always been friendly and as quick as can be while still maintaing the accuracy of the orders. I don't get food there, just coffee, so I cannot comment on that other than it's a coffee shop, not a full cafe, so of course, selections...

Great experience every time I stop by. Yesterday was the only time I had an issue. I ordered a drink through the app for mobile pickup (for the first time). I got there 10 minutes later and my drink wasn't ready. I proceeded to wait another 10-20 min and nothing. The barista (Austin) noticed I had been waiting a while and asked if he could help. I explained the situation, to which he apologized and promptly made my drink. He even gave me the next size up, free of charge, and apologized again. I was so thankful. He mentioned that he did not see my order in the system, but made my drink regardless. Obviously a fluke with the app, not the store. I will...
