I reached out to Ladibug and was contacted right away and was about to get an appointment within 24 hours! I had gotten infested due to having interaction with a younger family member getting it from school. I used Ladibug elimination kit to treat my hair. I have super long hair ( mid to lower back length) and had to do two back to back treatments at home. You can pick these kits up at Target, Great clips or even AMAZON and including on-site! After the first treatment i did at home I contacted Ladibug. They were super quick to respond and help me. They give super helpful tips on how to eliminate lice on furniture and clothes and how to help stop the spread on commonly used items such as hairbrushes and ponytails etc. When going to the location it’s very clean and welcoming. The staff was super kind and made you feel like a valued person. At no time during my appointment did I feel uncomfortable or Icky as most people make you feel when you talk about lice. Fortunately due to the amazing tips and one more at home treatment I had gotten rid of the bugs! I still went in for a head check for some reinsurance that it was gone and the nightmare over. The treatment did NOT work and Ladibugs guarantee is NOT a guarantee. Brought my kids in for a recheck two weeks ago (March 14th) and my son was itching again on April 1st. Found lice on the following Monday the 4th. Contacted Ladibugs on that same day and they said, based on the timeline, it was a re infestation and would have to pay for new treatments. So I took them to MN Lice Lady instead and, without knowing the back story, they said it looked like my kids have had lice for AT LEAST a month. For the the prices they charge, it is beyond unacceptable for Ladibugs to not stand behind their treatments. MN Lice Lady is cheaper and has an actual guarantee (I hope). Response to owner: I have the text messages showing you had already decided it was a re-infestation before even seeing my children, so why would I waste my time and money returning to you? You are so over confident in your results that you are not even willing to consider that someone may have made a mistake in the treatment and did not get everything.
