Fun Zone Indoor Party & Play — Local services in Hopkinsville

I love that they have this place! The community really needed it. This place had something for all ages. Babies to kids and video games for the older ones. My kiddos had an amazing time for the two hours that we were there, and we plan on making this a regular stop. I shared the place within local pages on Facebook because of how awesome it is. We got the sibling discount when asked but my friend paid full price for all the children. The price is still affordable either way, but would like a clear answer on whether the discount is there or not for an additional sibling. Something that I noticed was that there were wayyyy too many little toys in the grocery store, and the Barbie room was a hot mess, making it overwhelming. There was dried food swiped on toys and dirt on the couches, and it made me feel they didn't have a good cleaning routine. The bathrooms were cute and okay, but the sink and under/behind the toilet get forgotten about. The sand area is amazing, but a sliver waiting to happen. There’s a place in town called fun zone. It’s an indoor playground. I took my daughter yesterday cause they were having $5 day. Well when I got there there was one other lady in front of me with her kids and the employee says the debit card machine is broken. They try several times but couldn’t make it work. So I said I will pay cash for me and her so the employee can work on fixing it and we can go play. I had a $20 bill. I was paying for two kids so I needed $10 in change. They only had $6 in change! So I had to walk to a gas station in the next plaza to get cash! I told the employee how upset I was and I would like the owner to be aware of all the trouble I had dealt with. She called the owner and the owner said she would refund me. 10 minutes after giving me the refund the employee said that since I took the refund me and the other lady I paid for had to leave. I brought my daughter to the soft opening 01-20-2023 - let me start off by saying the owners have went above and beyond to bring something fun and local for children of all ages. The play village is absolutely adorable, they have a huge ball pit, toddler area for smaller children, a huge bounce house, a gaming room for older children, a sand pit, the list goes on. My four year old played for 2+ hours until it was time to go home, and she was not ready to leave! It was VERY clean, and they are always out on the floor making sure things are clean.
