Edit: Taking 2 stars back. Our second order arrived damaged. That alone isn't a huge deal to us. Inconvienient, but things happen and they were willing to rectify the situation. However, when I was told by Ms. Angelique I'd be receiving my replacement first thing the next morning after they opened at 10 (because I would not be home in the afternoon), I waited around at home for a delivery that was apparently just forgotten about? I finally called around noon to see what was up and it sounds like there was zero communication about my delivery. Kinda disrespectful of my time, and I hate that now an employee is having to scramble/rush to get a dresser delivered to me by himself because another person simply forgot to tell him about it. Michael is seriously the MVP for busting his tail to get the new dresser to us with so little notice on such a tight timeline. timeliness.

We went to SEVERAL other furniture stores in Houma and this one is by far the most friendly and affordable. It's very well-organized, and I love that they have prices clearly listed for every individual item rather than exclusively group/set pricing.

Also, the employees here are not pushy and don't stalk you through the store like other places (Ashley's Furniture was the worst), so we really enjoyed being able to relax and browse without pressure from salespeople.

My ONLY complaint is that their AC doesn't seem to be in working order, and hasn't been for awhile. Louisiana in July is a rough time to be working in an enclosed sauna like that. Hoping the owner is able to fix it soon for the employees! I'd love to see this place add a military discount at their...

Bought a dresser (PAID FOR IT) get there in told oh we sold it to someone else..... knowing I went in there that morning told the girl in the back (CLARENCE AREA) BTW ACTED LIKE SHE DIDN'T WANT TO HELP ME. Also said oh I thought you took it when you left the second time you came??? Okay so you known that I wanted it came back for it and ask you to check me out but you didn't told me to go in the front of the store to paid for it. Came back just in time because I over heard her telling the other store person I just sold it to someone else.... REALLY??? THEN HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME TO IN SO MANY WORDS BE QUIET (VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL) as if I'm not supposed to be upset that you sold it to someone else after I bought it. I'm just glad that I went back today to pick it up because had I not it was going to be gone!!!! I haven't shop here in over 12 years it will be another 12 years they will not receive...

If I could give this place -5000 stars I would. I ordered a table two months ago and it was suppose to be in in less than a week. After two months I finally got it. They said they were to busy to call me. I spent over $2000 in this place, been waiting two months and yet they were to busy to take 5 seconds to call me after having the table two days. I’ve tried calling corporate twice and no answer even left a voicemail. I put my table together and they sent the wrong piece. You call the store and they say they gonna call back and never do. The Houma location is a joke and they don’t care about their customers clearly. And then to top it off, the manager wanted me to take a table off the sales floor and it was cracked. As long as you pay the money good luck getting your furniture because they don’t care about...
