I've eaten here before and was thrilled with the service. However, come back a few months ago, the customer service is bad, they gave me my white mocha cold( I like it hot), the cinnabon was horrible, cold and dry. I asked for no caramel and they added it anyway. I could've been allergic to caramel but they didn't care. I got the impression that the manager was racist cause of the disgusting look she gave me. I won't be coming back here...
