From the moment I walked in til I made the purchase and even after on the phone, EVERYONE was SUPER POLITE! Made me feel like family! Never was I pushed to buy anything, was only offered to show options. Angel is JUST like her name!! She was an Angel! Amanda at the desk, was a real sweetheart too! Honestly, I am not exaggerating and I don’t know any of them personally, I am only sharing my experience and I will refer everyone I know to go there! The delivery was exceptional and was delivered the very next day!!! The guys were super nice and very careful loading it in my home! We may not all always have the same experience, BUT PLEASE DONT GO BY ONE OR 2 negative reviews. Or YOU will be the one who will have regrets! Their prices were the BEST! After searching ONLINE & OTHER LOCAL stores. I cannot say enough good about the place & the employees!! And the quality of the furniture I got. What a tremendous blessing! Read moreWe were lied to. A salesperson told us that the tax free sale ended on a Sunday. We rushed in to get a new dining set ordered. They had the table but not the china cabinet, but were encouraged to order the entire set together for color match. Upon measuring later that evening, we discovered it really wouldn't fit. Back at the store before they opened the next morning to cancel the order. They said they couldn't process a credit card refund that we had to take a store credit or they could send me a check. We believed them and accepted the offer of the check. However upon receiving the check, they had withheld a "3% credit card fee". I refused and contacted American Express who stated that they could not charge me this fee and they should have credited the card. They lie and they cheat. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING...
Read moreWe bought furniture here, and it has turned out to be a nightmare. Our sectional is only 4 mos old and has defects, and they have had to repair it two times and needs to be repaired again. The arm came loose, and a spring broke.They yell at you, and send "Professionqals" to your house that are the delivery people to see if your furniture is messed up. It is the frame and the spring that broke again. The first one was in the back of the cusion. Now the bottom cushion had one break. They do not behave very professionally at all. We are elderly and have NO children to mess it up. We take very good care of...
