Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Houma

There was a bit of a wait in the drive thru, but they were pretty quick with the staff at hand. After I ordered for my family, I drove around, and by the time I got to the window, I was greeted by a smiling face, the lady double checked my order with me, then proceeded to hand me my family's food, and I was on my way. The time it took from just pulling into the drive thru line to the speaker box was about 7-8 minutes. ( 3 cars in front of me). But from the time I ordered to the time I got my food, it only took about 3 minutes or less. I didn't see many people working when I looked inside, so I understand why they were not as quick. I gave 5 stars because I only said my order once, they listened, got it right, repeated it back. The lady at the drive thru window ( didn't catch her name ) was the absolute sweetest. Actually the worst fast food experience I've ever had. Save yourself some time and drive down the road to the West Tunnel location.

First order on Popeyes app they didn't even know they got a mobile order when I got there so I waited 30 minutes and 4 of 7 of the items ordered were missing, only one of the 3 was right. Did not check order was ready to eat.

Second mobile order they tried to give me the wrong order then I clarified I had a mobile order for 6:45. I was told to "pull somewhere over there" and waited over there for 35 minutes and my fries were missing. Chose to resolve the issue through the app after noticing on the way home. There must be a staffing issue, they shut down the dining room, but either one you choose it’s a disaster!!! I always wait more than 45 minutes just to get 6 items, don’t nobody have all day to wait on chicken! I do not recommend going here if you’re on your lunch break!!!
