The first time I went to the place the lady at the front wasn’t very friendly and had gotten my order wrong. The lady was tall and wears glasses. The second time, it’s the same lady and she gets my order wrong again so I go back in to politely tell her and she catches an attitude with me not even letting me finish my sentences. She kept on denying that I was missing items instead of just checking for herself. She missed a ton of items from my order and when I got home my sauces were spilled, which I only live 3 minutes away from this place so I feel like she just threw my sauces in there on purpose. I love this place, every time I come here it’s great customer service.. but the last two times that I’ve been here it’s been the same lady working and I’ve had a terrible experience both times. And for some reason this time the sausage tasted extremely different like as if it was old, undercooked or just...

I literally ONLY gave a 1 because the Dungeness crabs were literally the ONLY thing good about this place. Cashier started out sweet n patient with my card issues. But who ever ran my food outside was rude n I was missing sides from a combo the cashier argued I didn't have when I clearly had receipt saying combo. Runner goes back n get the missing sides. Mind u everything seemed dried and microwaved. Nothing was fresh. Shrimp and potatoes were mushy n dried n over cooked. As well as Jonah and snow crabs. Corn was edible but everything had been individually wrapped in tied net bags. No plate or pan to hold juices and butters and flavors or nothing. Just dry seafood n sides in tied up individual bags. Gumbo is one of the best gumbos I have had! Deep fired corn is sooooo good as well! This place definitely practices social distancing and proper sanitation. They ask for what car you are in and they bring the food right out to your car. They did ha e a really good burger with crinkle fries but it is no longer on the menu😢 but this place is still great and so is the customer service!
