I would strongly caution inexperienced car buyers to avoid this dealership. They attempted to present a vehicle with over 900 miles on the odometer (along with noticeable interior damage) as “brand new.” The vehicle was advertised online as having only 9 miles. When I questioned it, the salesman claimed the car "may" have been transferred by being driven from another dealership in Dallas. Of course the salesman said the interior damage could be fixed. But who wants to buy a "brand new" vehicle that already needs repair? While the salesperson I worked with was courteous (hence the 2 stars instead of 1), the overall experience was concerning. I suspect the vehicle has previously been a loaner. If so, the dealership should have disclosed that information clearly and priced it accordingly. Transparency is a basic expectation in any sales transaction, especially when purchasing a vehicle. A solution was offered, to purchase a vehicle from another Auto Nation location and have it delivered (after the purchase), but there is no way I could trust that situation. Luckily, I am wise enough to know better and know when to walk away. Ultimately, I was able to trade in my vehicle elsewhere for more than this dealership was offering, and I purchased the exact same vehicle I was looking for with only 30 miles on the odometer, no interior damage, and for a lower price out-the-door. It is disappointing, but also a blessing that I had to go elsewhere to find the vehicle I wanted, and made a deal that I was comfortable with. It wouldn’t let me post this without giving at least one star. To be honest they don’t even deserve that. I give this dealership -10/10. I am incredibly disappointed in not only the lack of communication, but also the clear lack of work put in at this dealership. I purchased a CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED vehicle from this dealership in May of 24. Since I bought it I have had nothing but issue after issue with this vehicle. I have contacted the sales person I purchased from and never gotten a response or acknowledgement that my calls and emails have been received. I’m not talking about little issues, I’m talking thousands upon thousands of dollars of work, after being ensured this vehicle had been through an extensive inspection. AFTER CAR SHOPPING FOR A WEEK W/MY SON AND TELLING EVERYONE WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR FINELY THIS SELLS PERSON DREW TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN TO ME AND WHAT I WANT I HAD ALREADY SENT MY SON TO GO LOOK AT THIS THIS DEALER SHIP AND THE GUY OR THE OTHER SALES REP KINDA BLEW HIM OFF. SO BETWEEN DREW AND BENJAMIN THEY CONVINCE ME TO GO BACK THAT THEY HAD SOMETHING FOR ME.
