Got here at 5 which is the time I scheduled my appointment. While I was waiting for the barber to arrive (he was late) another appointment walked in saying she had an appointment with the same barber. When the barber finally got to the shop he immediately motioned for the other person to get in the chair. Another barber informed him that I had been here long before the woman. He looked at me and said he would get me AFTER he took care of her son. This is my first and last time coming here. I’m a real estate professional about to relocate to this area and wanted to scout out what the buzz was about. I can tell you this ain’t it. Find some place that values your time...

I set an appointment for my 8 year old online for 6 pm and the barber we were assigned to was a no show . It was our first time there and when I walked in no one greeted me or asked if I had an appointment . I noticed other barbers were available and I asked if anyone could cut my sons hair because we didn’t have a preference since it was our first time but another barber who was busy said he would take care of my son and the other barbers didn’t help us after that . After waiting 50 min for that barber to finish he took another customer before us so I left . Very unprofessional and no communication. I am new to the neighborhood and decided to try barbershop. The first visit was for an edge up The barber did not have change.I left the change to go towards the next haircut.The next visit my son was told by the barber he had to come back ..I ask the barber (Jones)to just send the money that I had left and we would go elsewhere..instead he gave my son a comeback cut..taking his hairline 1/2 inch too far back..and an inch too far back by his ears..after sending pics to barber(JONES)..he states my son did not leave like that...lol and he would fix it..If you dont know them....
