Burger King — Restaurant in Houston

I had a 47 minute "fast" food experience. Literally 47 minutes from the time I ordered until I got my food. I placed my order on the BK app 25 minutes before arriving at the location. The food was not ready when I got there. They told me they didn't have mozzarella sticks, but they couldn't refund me because I placed the order on the app. Eventually, they let me pick a substitute. It took 20 minutes for me to finally get my food. I was annoyed because I thought the purpose of ordering on the app was to save time for me and the staff. I will say the employees were kind and patient with some unruly customers who were in there. The location is dingy and dark, though. It needs better lighting and a scrub down. This evening, I just got an Oreo shake from Burger King. The drive-through associate was very rude. She tried to rush every order I had. I wasn’t even finished completing my order before she said is that all at all she closed the window on me did not give me a receipt. I have to drive back to get a duplicate receipt. She was a young lady African-American lady Around 11:00 PM on a Sunday evening with red dreadlocks in our head long fake acrylic nails and was very rude. Her service definitely could’ve been an improvement and she’s definitely bringing your store value down. I will not be returning to this Burger King anytime soon.
