My girlfriend and I visited Nancy a couple months ago and she is the most helpful person I have ever met. Upon entering the building, I was kindly greeted by her and her sweet dog! After discussing preferences regarding engagement rings, she was able to quickly steer us in the right direction. She is very informative when it comes to describing the different types of rings, diamonds, settings, etc. She tells so much information, that she will even tell you things that your typical Kay or Jared’s won’t disclose with you. She’s a very honest person, and her prices are very fair! She will tell you how much everything costs up front and won’t sneak in any hidden fees. She even gave us pointers on which setting or band we should go for, based on her experience and our preferences. She put so many factors into consideration, which was a real eye-opener and for her to provide that information to us, was extremely helpful. She is very smart and knowledgeable about her jewelry and her customer service is excellent. She even said that once the ring is made, if the setting still isn’t to our standards, she could easily swap it out. This is one of the best jewelry places I have ever visited. As a picky 20 something millennial and a bride tobe soon, I must say that Bao Hoang Jewelry is a hidden gem in Bellaire, TX. This is the only shop where you will find jewelries that are custom made for you & are certified by GIA but on a reasonable price. (You want your diamonds to be certified only by GIA because they have the highest grading of diamonds). When my fiancé and I came to this shop, we were clueless about diamond grade and value, but Nancy (the owner) was knowledgeable and patient at the same time. She was professional and easy to work with that she answered all our questions without pressuring us to buy a diamond. Tell her your budget and she will give you a set of diamonds that are within your budget. Her prices are reasonable compared to other popular jewelry shops out there where prices are sky high rocket. If you wanna surprise your girl or whatever that special occasion may be, that perfect ring is waiting for you right here...
