Spa itself is super clean and I love the lobby aesthetic. My one concern is that I wish they offered a skin allergen test prior to starting any skincare treatment. I got a facial and it was lovely, however one of the lotions placed on my face caused a reaction. At first it was burning and I was going to ask to take it off however she had already come to remove it with a damp towel before I could. Now the creases on either side of my nose have started peeling and one side specifically hurts to touch. I would return in the future but request that that specific product not be used.
