Do NOT do business with them. They are RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!! I did their wholesale program and purchased the medium mold kit to get started. When it arrived I only received 10 molding trays when there was suppose to be 24! I texted the owner and he heâll send the remaining with my first order with them. Even before placing my first grill order with them I would contact Borna with a few questions and it would always seem like there was sarcasm in his answers. Every single one of them. Fast forward to sending my first order in, I ask how long would it take for the grillz to get sent back, I was told 2-3 days. After the 2-3 day mark nothing. So I texted him again asking for the tracking number and he redirected me to someone else. I called them and asked again what the turnaround time would be and was told something completely different, and was told that they would be shipped last Tuesday and that it would be shipped with 2 day shipping with USPS. Waited those 2 days plus an extra day because of the holiday and still nothing. So I texted Borna AGAIN with frustration, but still polite. But was answered back with âif you canât be patient then you can find another manufacturer to process your ordersâ. Again Iâm still polite texting him, but Iâm obviously fed up by this time. After that, there was no response from anybody. So I texted them saying I disputed the charge with my bank for the trays that I DID NOT receive and will be contacting my lawyer about the money I sent them for the grill since they declined my request for a refund on cashapp TWICE. This is when I FINALLY get a response back saying âYou wonât be getting any money back it was shipped out on Wednesday like we said You need to put that up with usps for delaying And from here on out please donât send us anymore orders we are banning you from doing business with us. God bless and goodbyeâ. I was not planning on doing business anymore with you guys anyway!đ but canât wait for the outcomeđâđœ
Edit: response to the owner! Absolutely nobody is upset that you cut me off from doing business with this unorganized company. Obviously this isnât the first time this has happened with one of your customers. And Iâm going off of what Iâm TOLD DIRECTLY. PLUS, I tried to pay as soon as the mold got there but AGAIN was left with no text/call back so if I did paid after hours it was no fault of my own! I ALSO FORGOT TO MENTION YOU DID THE GRILL COMPLETELY WRONG THATS WHY I NEED A REFUND. How could you get the design wrong when I sent you a picture specifically detailing what I wanted. And if you had any questions regarding the design you shouldâve reached out to me. Thatâs COMMON SENSE!!! But obviously you guys are lacking in the area as well. Like I said before there are MILLIONS of other manufacturers to process my orders and take care of my needs, so no I am NOT upset about that. Iâm not one of those many customers youâve had thatâs just going to lay down and take your bs. AND the package WAS NOT shipped out on WEDNESDAY anybody can see with the tracking number you provided that it was actually shipped that FRIDAY, the 29th. So now with that being said the holiday had NOTHING TO DO WITH THE DELAY OF SHIPPING. The label was created on Wednesday (the 27th) but WASNT accept your USPS until 2 days later. There company kept texting me saying my top mold was no good for making my grill and that I would have to repurchase another molding kit but my bottom 6 was good and that they would send it out to me, fast forward to 6 days because thatâs how long theyâve said it would take to get my grill I never received it so I decided to give them a call to ask what was going on a young lady answered the phone and told me that the reason for my grill taking so long is because the jeweler accidentally made it in white gold which I understood but it was a lie because another 6 days past by and nothing so I called again this time asking whatâs going on and nobody asked like they knew what I was talking about when the receipt is right in front of there face and they where honestly being rude hanging up in my face just doing everything but trying to resolve the problem so I despited it with my bank since I did not receive my full product which was 6top and 6 bottom so my bank ended up telling me and showing me that bcjewler said they gave me my full product and even took a screenshot of me wearing the product but the problem with this was in the picture it clearly shows only 6 bottom and the recipes they were showing was clearly for remolds and only 1 receipt had my 6 bottom grill there where never a receipt or messages showing or telling me that my 6 top had been shipped or even if I had to redo it. At the end of the day everyone acted as if I where trying to scam them when I was showing all the receipts so they got me good I would never purchase form here again I get basically took the money for the 6 top and the 25 dollars I kept spending on remolds just crazy then they blocked me on instagram because they know there wrong at the bottom is pictures of my statement and evidence if they have not already copyrighted it , I would have been wrote a review but I thought it was going...
   Read moreI have been a wholesale client for about 2 years and I have to say that hands down these guys are the best that I have come across. The quality is unmatched. Not once have I hand an issue with the fit or design renderings. Over the past 2 years the usual turnaround time for an order was roughly 2 weeks if I paid for Express shipping. With the Corona virus the turnaround time has been longer but the production is still worth the wait . Sure I had been frustrated with the extended wait times just like any other paying customer would be especially since I had been getting calls daily from my customers wanting an update on their order statuses. I wanted to turn off my phone because of the excessive messages from my handful of customers so I can only imagine how inundated these guys were with calls, emails, and text messages. If they recieved the same type of messages I was getting I couldn't blame them for being unresponsive. They must get hundreds of calls / messages a day . I cant lie there's a part of me that wants instant gratification especially from a paying customers perspective but with whole states being shutdown and possibly having to shutdown because an employee exposed the entire staff to covid-19 the delay is understandable. Remember we are all dealing with a global pandemic so every aspect of business could be affected. These guys are legit and you are definitely in good hands just have some patience during this time because the product is definitely worth the wait. I looked up the reviews by a bunch of onetime customers and saw nothing but negative reviews for the past few months and I do not agree with what has been said . These guys are honest , fair, and trustworthy. Just have some patience and I'm sure you and your customers will love...
