So I decided to check out Supernova to purchase 2 beds for my children. I applied online and a representative said I was pre-approved. So I get there and let me add that no one greets you when you enter the store but I manage to find my way to the middle of the store. So I talk to a lady salesman and she directs over to the left and I speak with another salesman with blonde like hair. So he asked for my name and I'd and a few more questions. So I decided to skip the financing and pay cash for the 2 beds. All the sales people are sitting down and I ask hey were are the kids beds. So one female sales lady just points to the corner there over there ok that's kind of rude so I then ask ok since I'm paying cash what's the best bargain for 2 twin beds she say $1300 which is kind of expensive. So I call my girlfriend and she says no that's a little to much and the mattress are brands that I never even heard of. So I leave and check out other furniture stores and I find the same 2 beds with the same quality box spring and mattress for $800 that is a $500 savings for me on the same exact bed. So I return to the Supernova and ask for my files to be shredded or better yet had to back to me so I can trash them. The guy that I mentioned earlier with the blonde hair had the nerve to ask me Hey did you see a phone on the counter earlier while you were here I said yeah my phone. So know along with the poor customer service and no help whatsoever to make an attempt to even make a sale you want to accuse me of stealing a damn phone. On February 2020 I complaint about my sofa furniture it was damaged but until October 17th, 2020 they came to pick up the sofa furniture. They brought me my sofa furniture on October 23, 2020 and it was good the same and i received damaged furniture which was reported the same day as delivery. Supernoval Furniture customer service said they could not replace it and they said i need to pick it like that. I denied to pick the sofa furniture like that. October 24, 2020 Jose Olmedo called me and he said I'm sorry for the inconvenience and he want me to go to the warehouse, i went and the sofa furniture looks better but yesterday October 26, 2020 brought me my furniture and looks the same. I spent $13,000 for my sofa furniture and bed its expensive and i still paying for the furniture with 5 years guarantee and they don't want to fix it or replace it. I have picture for yesterday and looks the same. Supposedly my sofa is leather and the black color faded where we sits. Bad company because the furniture are bad quality and expensive. The only thing that the company has is Jose's Olmedo because he is excellent with customer service. Jose Olmedo really make the difference because he did an excellent job witn my sofa but he is not the owner and my sofa looks the same. Read moreAlmost a month and still haven't recieved my twin mattress. First I missed work because of the delivery Nov 8. They didn't even bother to call to let us know they were not coming anymore and didn't answer our call either. Then when they went to drop off our stuff next day, one twin mattress was missing. If I don't call the store, they don't tell me anything. I gave a 1 star on fb but they contacted me right away and for me to call them. I did and the guy supposedly helped me out and told me if I could please remove the 1 star and ok I did. Supposedly they had to reorder my mattress because the other was damaged and that it would take another week. Ok, it has been 3 weeks "after that" call and still nothing. We went to the store on the 20th of Nov and 3 guys looked all around the storage and nothing. I told them to call me when they find it and nothing! My husband even called and this lady with attitude told him it has been there already and we could go any day to pick it up and that why didn't he call. Well, instead of going, first I called and they say they still can't find it. I would have made my trip for nothing. I wanted to speak to the manager there last night but was with a client and so he never returned my call. This is soooooo frustrating. My boys have been sleeping on the floor since then.
