Right from the very beginning I could tell I was dealing with the right people.James was more than happy to answer my multitude of questions . they are absolutely perfect. Even the jawline is perfect. This is the only place I would consider even going from now on like I said the customer service is invaluable and the product is top-notch. The review above was when people were telling me things and they followed through. I had a mishap where my Dog got a hold of my grill as I was cleaning it and the bites were too severe for her the Grill to be fixed. I contacted them to find out what to do. right from the start I was told “don’t worry about it. We’ll take care of you..” I had questions such as since the grill will be the exact same as the new one size wise, how much am I looking at. Again told not to worry. By the time I mailed it back I was given a “scrap gold price from someone other than James and explained to them I did not want to talk to anyone but James because we where on the same page. I was told that even if I didn’t need anymore gold than I would still have to pay for a little elbow grease but it would return as it was. The next thing I know I’m being billed 400 and something dollars after being given scrap price for my piece that I had sent back and told that it depends on what the market value is.I asked what does that have to do with melting down the piece as discussed from the beginning. All of a sudden things changed that it won’t be the same gold that I had that that will be in somebody’s ring or earrings or chain in two months. I was confused as this was my direct question right from the beginning. Can the gold be melted down since it will be the same amount of gold used or if some evaporates a little gold charge and elbow grease that’s what I was told that that’s what I expected..The day my piece is done I get a bill where they took off the scrap price and charged me another 400 and something dollars. My advice is to keep your conversations in writing as words mean nothing. Another great part of the story is I had to order another mold kit when I received the mold kit it wasn’t the same one for the bottom that I had before it was for the bottoms and a top. I asked why would you send me one that contains a top piece when I only own bottoms that’s what I was replacing bottoms and was told that that’s a “universal kit” and all of a sudden it was just fine. I’m no jeweler but It’s common sense to use the correct kit rather than a “ universal”as they tried to call it to make it seem like I wasn’t sent the wrong item that so I ordered two bottom impressions you use the kit that was for the bottoms only that we were dealing with ,no tops to speak off.I was told I could get an impression kit at Walmart or target and send that in.. I opted to buy the bottoms kit as that’s what I knew was supposed to be used. Within a day or two of ordering the new kit, I found the rock mold that was able to be used and there was a $50 charge for any Knicks or anything that had to be filled in from the rock mold if it wasn’t perfect I was told $50. That’s what I was charged. I was fine with that . make a long story short, I was told I couldn’t return the mold kit, even though that was the wrong one they sent me their fault not mine, but it could not be returned due to sanitary reasons which I could understand except I never even broke the seal on the shipping package, so there was no issue, . They sold me the wrong kits and made it my responsibility to clean up this mess. right from the beginning it was always don’t worry. I’m gonna take care of you and the worst part was the elbow grease. I asked for details and reminded I’d be taken care of. I kept hearing that even though I’m getting shipped the wrong stuff that I’ve been charged for but I just want my grill back so I just said go ahead and just get it in the mail before some other issue arise.. it’s a good thing they don’t sell cars, Imagine ordering a blue Vette paying for it and told you have keep the red one they deliver. My husband and I went here to get some gold grillz while in a trip to Houston. When we went the customer service was great. I can’t remember who helped us but he was friendly and very accommodating. We placed our order for a custom set of two 10kgold caps for both sides on the top and a set of 6 gold open face on the bottom, for my husband and two 10k gold caps with VS diamonds for myself. We explained to the guy that we were from out of town and would need our pieces shipped to us. We were assured that was fine and since we lived out of state we would not be charged state tax. We were also told that we would just need to pay in full and for shipping up front. We paid in full and did our moulding there in store. Based on the reviews and the examples he showed us before we paid, we were really excited!

We received our grillz about a week and a half after we returned home. When I opened the box I immediately noticed that my husband was missing the right two gold caps that he ordered. He only received the bottom set and the left 2caps.

My two caps fit loose to the point that they fell out! But I was able to adjust them myself to make them fit. I tried them on twice and only had them in my mouth for no more than 10minutes total! No food, no water, no smoking! The next day when I went to wear them with a set of gold bottoms that I already had, I noticed that they had begin to tarnish already !!! This was so disappointing !! They are a totally different color than my bottoms which are also10k gold.

My husband has been calling to speak to someone about his missing piece and about the tarnishing since Thursday 2/29/2024. We received our order on 2/28/24. He has also emailed the store and has not been contacted or been able to reach anyone !! This is extremely frustrating and...

I love Dayyani Jewelers! Finally got my very first grill from them and am so happy with the finished product and overall experience! They have the most affordable prices without compromising great quality! I got a bottom grill only, a 6 teeth 10k white gold grill with VVS diamond bar. It looks good and fits well, I love it!

JAMES especially is my guy, he's who I communicated with throughout the entire process and he was so great. He answered all of my questions (I always ask a LOT because I'm an over thinker), explained everything very clearly and thoroughly, took his time with me and never made me feel like just another number. He was responsive, respectful, knowledgeable, down to earth, and just super cool. He put me up on game and took the extra time and effort to explain things, as well as constantly reassure me.

I contacted them very last minute to get a grill made in time for Coachella which was in 2 weeks. Dayyani is in TX but I live in NJ and Coachella is in CA, so there was a lot of back and forth mailing that had to happen with the molds and final product in such a short time, but they made it happen! James did a great job of making me feel like we'd make the timeline but also being honest with me of the reality/possibility that it may not happen on time. He and the team also did what they could to ensure I didn't pay more than I needed to and never pressured me to use more expensive materials, so it was really refreshing to work with a business that wasn't all about profit and actually cared for the customer's needs without trying to upsell.

I definitely recommend purchasing from Dayyani and would for sure do it again in the future. Thanks James and...

James at Dayyani was superb from start to finish. Love the final product! I did my research and ordered it from Tampa Florida even though I have plenty of shops in-between here and Houston Texas. 10/10
