I can actually believe what Mimi Tran has said to be true based off of my own personal experience. I paid over $100 to have the works done to my vehicle as I was pulling up I stepped out of the vehicle and allowed the workers to start removing the trash. One of the workers made a very simple mistake and mistook the button on the side of my door to open the trunk and actually opened the hood they were moving pretty fast and I did have my family with me so we grabbed our things and proceeded to go inside and pay. There was an African American girl with a New Orleans accent at the cashier and I simply asked for her to make sure they closed the hood before running it through the wash. This was a gery simple request that required little to no effort. Instead of her providing basic customer service skills and doing her job she proceeded to argue with me by telling me "Oh they don't do that, they don't open the hood" after we stood there and witnessed him make the mistake. So instead of communicating with the staff she felt it was appropriate to disregard the cocern altogether. In the event that something had happened to my engine that is brand new I had everything recorded and I have no problem in suing. I don't understand how they let simple mistakes that can easily be avoided put the business at risk. It's very simple a customer brings a concern to your attention and you handle it accordingly not wait until a potential lawsuit...
Read moreBrought my car for detail wash and they did a decent job for the value price so I recommended the place to my significant other who drives a standard car. The car was driving flawlessly without any issues before we dropped it off and we noticed the driver was having difficulty driving it forward to the car wash area. We asked if he could drive it and he said he would get someone else. Another employee came and moved the car but was definitely having trouble himself. We hoped for the best since it seemed the second driver kinda knew what he was doing. When we got the car back it was extremely hard to start the car and it didn’t drive well for the next 30 min. We knew they burnt the clutch. We called the manager and notified them and the manager was unapologetic and denied responsibility. It was very disappointing how they tried to state our car probably had issues before we got there. If you drive a standard car, avoid this place!!! Unless you want to spend $500 to fix your clutch. I believe mistakes can happen but responsibility needs to be taken and appropriate actions to remedy the mistake. Unfortunately, this business does not hold this type...
Read moreI have loved this car wash for a long time, for many reasons. Today I went by for a detail that I knew would take a while so I hesitantly/adventurously decided to try the little grill/restaurant that’s there on site. Man, was I surprised to find that Thursday’s special was LOBSTER FETTUCCINE, what?! Lobster with the shell, sprinkled with some shrimp and to my surprise, was delicious. And the service, smiles, checking in on me, bringing me anything I needed (plus some that I didn’t need) was over the top, above and beyond..and for $15! This dish would be $70 down at Brennan’s on Smith St. I could’ve spent $15 at Sonic. All I came for was a car wash and Jesus decided I needed some Lobster Fettuccine. I’m...
