Nope don’t come here! Is in the worst place you could go to. My daughter and I were excited to go. Once we arrived we were totally turned off by it. 1st the door was locked The lady so called Ana the other woman said it was the marketing lady. Took a while to open the door. When she opened the door she asked if we had an appointment I said yees? In my mind I was like “ is she aware of our meeting ?“ She said she will be right with us, when it took forever, she was on the phone with other client trying to convince to pay, bad selling skills, what a joke and ghetto. I heard everything, very unprofessional. Did not respect our timely matter of the appointment. She still was on the phone. Another lady had to come out. We saw the dresses, was dirty inside veeery unorganized very dirty, the dresses were dirty, kept waiting. My daughter did not want to try them. Like I said we were happy to actually do this but at the end was not like it turned out. We will definitely be looking for another designer. Oh there was flys inside it smelled like mold. My daughters quinceanera was last month in March and the process with Tomas Benitez is not the greatest. If it wasn’t for his Yuri and Jesus , his business would be nothing. I purchased a VIP package and my number one question was if I pay this amount of money are you sure that you are going to be able to show up that day and he said of course I’m going to show up I’m going to be there I’m gonna coordinate that day no worries at all. BS. He never showed up he only sent his employee Jesus. Which Jesus is amazing I probably rather to have had him over Tomas just because I had more communication with Jesus throughout the dress making. I think for purchasing the VIP package and spending the amount of money that I spent I expected a little more attention, and it was not like that. Una quinceañera es una fiesta tan importante para una adolecente que se merece tener un vestido de ensueño. Aquí no lo van a encontrar!! Pésimo servicio, el señor Tomas solo lo vez cuando haces el trato. No te mantienen al tanto del proceso del vestido, A nosotras nos dijeron que el vestido iba a estar listo en octubre (la fiesta de mi niña era en diciembre) el vestido estuvo listo el día que teníamos las fotos programadas, Tuve que cambiar la fecha de las fotos 2 veces porque el vestido no estaba listo. Las 2 veces que según "estaba listo" no lo estaba. La primera vez una manga estaba mas larga que la otra y Tenia el vestido manchas de glue por todos lados, según ellos eran detalles de limpieza pero se suponía que ese día yo me tenia que llevar el vestido. La segunda vez lo mismo el vestido no estaba listo y seguían "los detalles de limpieza" que hicieron? llenarlos de mas rhinestones para tapar las manchas! HORRIBLE. Las zapatillas venían incluidas en el paquete.... bueno nunca me las dieron porque "ya no había tiempo para odernarlas" pues a ultima hora yo anduve buscando unas zapatillas. El que incluía maquillaje y peinado. Me querían cobrar por que la muchacha fuera a maquillar y a peinar a mi niña, según igual mandarían a alguien a cambiarla el día de la fiesta pues resulto que no. Que eso no iban a hacer. La base de las copas HORRIBLE SUPER NACA. y eso que el señor ahi es calidad y lo diseñan como se lo pidan. Nunca preguntaron solo dijeron eso tenemos y ya. Todo para que el día de la fiesta el vestido terminara descociéndose de otras!!!! Te venden un paquete y al final no te dan lo que ellos quieran. y diseñan el vestido como ellos quieren o como se les hace mas facil a ellos NO COMO LA NIÑA QUIERE. CARISIMO PARA UN SERVICIO PESIMO! Mejor compren el vestido ya hecho y se evitan un mal rato con este señor. Todavia encima de todo pregunta si uno quiere que grabe video del proceso y tener que pagar mas!! pero la promoción eso para el no para la niña!! y cobra para que modelen. Pero modelan con los vestidos de ellas!!! no de el!
