Terrible experience all around. The part I ordered didn't work out (it wasn't the problem with my TV), which wasn't their fault, but then they were unwilling to waive (or even negotiate) the re-stock fee, which the percentage wasn't even specified on their website. I was told the restocking fee is listed on their website, and I had to search their website to find it. The restocking fee should be stated before you complete the initial purchase (which it wasn't) as well as be on the invoice (which is wasn't). I even emailed them with the tracking # to let them know I had sent the part back, and got no response whatsoever from them. Lastly, I had to call close to 3 weeks later in order to receive a refund, which they failed to process when they received the part on May 18th. So, they got their part back, plus close to $50 in "re-stocking fees" from me for the part not solving my problem, AND I had to pay for the return postage. The customer service was sub-par, and I would never do business with this company again. Even Ebay sellers offer a return with no re-stocking fee, but I had no choice but to order from this business because they were the only seller who had this part. Few days ago ordered a tv part online, package arrived and the part was defected.
We immediately contact them and request help either exchange or return/refund.
Their reply was problem is with tv not with the board "their technician was able to diagnose the problem from 1500 miles a way ".
But what they didn't know was when we install another board from local store and the tv was working fine.
Their respond was , they will accept return with 30% restocking fee OUCH! isn't that nice send people a bad product and charge them restocking fee for a return and make 30% profit, can you imagine how many times you can do that?... ""BTW , we already paid $9 shipping plus return shipping say another $9 and $18 gone plus we have to pay 30% restocking fee"".
When we replied with email asking why they change their policy from what offered on their websites, no luck! " its been 48 hrs no response"
Now no choice we are going to dispute through PayPal..

They call me and told me that they have had some many issues about fixing tv like this because some time they work and some time it didn’t work, so I was ok so what you are telling that you can’t fix this tv. They said we can but we are not sure if it’s going to work. Lol ok so what can u do he said let’s do this to fix the tv is going to be 261 plus the 50 that u put down I said ok but he said if it doesn’t work the only thing your going to pay is the 50 I said fare enough. So he calls me and says come pick up the tv it work I was so happy went there pick it up and sure enough not on day my tv started to trip long story short now there telling that they can t do nothing for me but mind u I have 90 days warranty on it but they can’t do nothing for me.
