Called to make sure my husband and I both could be serviced. Waited 90 minutes or more to be serviced. This was very unprofessional, have been patient with this business and their poor quality of service. Will no longer tolerate this type of behavior. Poor practice of over scheduling customers, with no consideration of your time. Probably the worst nail salon I have ever been to. Went in for a fill in and left like this. I asked for gel and instead of telling me they didnt have gel in this color she just kept giving me excuses when I asked why she was using a fan on my nails. She messed up and kept trying to start over and fix them. I spent two hours on a fill in and still didn't get them right. Eventually I had to just leave because I was late for my next plans. And they still charged...

Ms Helen is very nice and sweet , I loved my nails when i went to do them , even tho they were a bit off shape no biggie, she told me she wouldn’t charge me if a nail fell off , usually doesn’t happen but this time it did. I went back to see her she didn’t mention a price so I just sat down. I could tell she was mad cause she cut me !!!😭 and then proceeded to charge $6 for one nail....
