I'm giving my 4 stars not to this particular store, but to one particular late night employee by the name of Jaime. My husband and I ordered online for drive through pick around 12:20 am. Jaime and two other works were there but all we saw was Jaime doing all of the work.. We sat in the Drive-Thru waiting for about 7 minutes Jamie came to the window and asked us to pull to the front and he would bring our order out to us. Well as we're sitting in the parking lot we noticed one of the three employees sitting out side and finally decided to walk back in. Mine you we were now sitting in the parking lot for at least 10 mins now.. Well after going in, that employee walked to the back, then maybe two mins later the employee walked back to the front. We sat in the parking lot for almost 20 mins total, but once Jaime came out with our food, we thanked him for doing all that he had done by himself to make sure our family was fed. The order was correct, nothing was missing, and we really appreciate workers like him. I have pictures and a video of that one employee wasting labor time and money. Oh and not to mention an opportunity for someone else who would love the have that employees job.. So thank you Jaime once again for taken your job seriously and caring for us your customers.. Keep it up Jaime! You'll be manager...
Read moreI have had varying experiences with Taco Bells over the years. The benchmark for any fast food restaurant is consistency of products and quality of service. In these regardless this particular Taco Bell delivers.
But this particular one goes further by introducing a human touch.
One of the nicest human touches is that they don’t no force me to order from these terrible terminals. Like all taco bells, this one has installed those awful ordering kiosks. Whenever I see them the message it sends is “We have no respect for your community. We will take your money, but we will put as little back into your community as possible. Therefore, we will hire as few people as we can!” This taco bell has no choice in the matter of these ordering consoles, as the directives come from corporate headquarters. But they do not pressure me into using them. (It is possible that at some point in the future, pressure from corporate headquarters may be too much for them to resist. At which point I will stop going to all Taco Bells. Until such time, I will go to this one.)
As I said, there is the human touch. The manager Jose, or one of their employees such as Alicia, always takes my order personally and...
Read moreCame in at 4:15pm on 3/6/2025, the older lady in the drive thru was very unprofessional, along with another employee possibly the shift manager, the shift manager said there wasn't a front cashier, and was trying to explain to me how to order but apparently I didn't hear her and I said pardon me! And she just walked off, and I over heard the older lady in the drive thru say that she wasn't about to be walking back and forth. So I kindly walked out and went across the street to whataburger . Maybe they need to hire more staff or have better customer service training. Don't have to worry about me...
