I had family visit from out of town on 8/10/2024 and they wanted to stop at a Whataburger because where they from they don't have a Whataburger. Well @ 8:32 am we stopped at the Whataburger 7629 W. Belfort. As we proceeded to drive onto the premises we were in drive thru for at least 7 minutes and then there was a female voice that came on the speaker. As they were ordering my niece was constantly being overtalked. So fast forward we always say, chill out because you never know what people will do to your food.My niece is a sweet talking individual never want any problems but listening to the way she was being handled was unacceptable! The cashier in question name on the receipt read Linda G. Now once pulling off from the drive thru because she was not about to stoot to the lshe drove off. Now opening her food the picture below shows white bread when it should of been a Texas toast. It's sad that they received this type of service here in Houston but this facility will never get another dime, or service from me and I know surely not from my out of town guests because of the poor customer service. I understand the cashier had absolutely nothing to do with the preparing of the food but to have the food made like it was and then the customer service was unacceptable. Please everybody is going thru something but it's your choice and decision on how you can handle situation but it's not that serious. To the Management at that location I will say, this type of behavior is unacceptable and not fair and to top it off to have called the store back and the phone just rung. She was over it and went to another Whataburger by our residence in Cypress. A waste of money and time. There needs to be some form of accommodation for this mess...

Allow me to first say that JaniyaM. was completely professional and courteous. Thank you JaniyaM. She asked me to pull around to wait for my order,and I attempted. There was Already 2 vehicles, side by side waiting for their orders. I was blocked in. If I had ordered a soft drink, I would have to wait those customers to drive away. This was extremely unsettling for me. In the meantime curb lanes 1,2,3, were totally Available for some vehicles to Wait for tjeir orders. Eventually I was able to pass through and parked in an open spot out of the way of drivethru traffic. Unfortunately I did Not see the young mans name, but he brought over my order, using the front passenger side window and asking me what I had ordered, I replied a salad. He said, let see your receipt. Before I had time to get the receipt to hand it to him, he reached in my vehicle to retrieve it off the seat. I told him Not to put his hands in my car taking things off my seat. I then got it and handed it to him, he verified it was my order and gave it to me. Now, How Unprofessional was that!? I stopped by in the morning, as I often do, and picked up three piesāone for myself and two for my coworkers. When I arrived at work around 8:30 and took a bite of mine, it was clearly overcooked and inedible, so I threw it away. When my coworkers arrived at 9:00, they had the same issue with theirs.
I returned to the store to explain the situation. One of the young ladies told me the pies had been fresh when soldāshe insisted it had been two hours ago. I explained that it had actually been less than an hour (it was only 9:20 at that point), but she continued to argue. I didnāt have my receipt, but I did have my customer number. Eventually, I just handed the pies back and asked her to throw them away.
I left extremely disappointed in the young lady who was in the window and confronted about the time. I work in an office setting, and if any of us had spoken to a client the way she spoke to me, we would have been written up immediately. I understand this is a fast food environment, but respectful and professional customer service should still...
