They called me and tell me i have to pay in advance before fixing it. So they send me an invoice tru text i told them to give me till monday to decide or pay. They told me my drone wont be touch until they see a payment reflected. I agreed. Im picking up my drone and its half way openโฆ. They delivery like that. They didnโt even put it back together and then delivered to me , so i told them whats going on. The owner said im a complicated customer. Because i argue about His Own words. IT WONT BE TOUCH UNTIL THE PAYMENT ITS POSTED He only arguing point was How im gonna know thats the problem with out oppening the drone. THEN WHY GIVE ME A QUOTE from the beginning if you they are not even sure.
Im sure this will help alot of people to understand the way they work. They still charge me the $50 for diagnostic when it was not even a Sure diagnostic and The OWNER STILL DIDNT DEAL WITH THE SITUATION THE WAY IT SUPPOSED TO. To me this is not professionalism at all. My phone screen had a small crack in it that didn't affect functionality at all. I planned to trade the phone in so that I could upgrade, but they wouldn't take it with a crack. I called ER4Gadgets and ensured my screen would be replaced with genuine Google parts. Humberto replaced my screen, but the fingerprint sensor wouldn't work. I returned it to him, and he still couldn't get it to work. He turned off the sensor so I could still try to trade it in. I had to order the new phone and couldn't trade mine until it arrived. In less than a week after replacing the screen, I got a bright pink (it then turned green) line at the top of the screen. At that point, they would not accept my phone as a trade-in, so I was stuck paying full price on a new phone that I didn't need-- I only decided to upgrade because they would give me $800 for my old one.
