Be careful! They will over change you for your visit. Today I visited and I was charged $121.06. I only ordered 2 don Julio club sodas with Lime. During my visit i was charged $121.06 for one person. I wanted to keep track of my tab (due to being previously overcharged) and they charge me $70.00 this time yet i only had two drinks. I asked that the other charges be charged to my colleagues ( BUDLIGHT AND Macalln) who ordered yet the bartenders were not willing to assist me. I only ordered 2 Don Julios club Sodas but was charged for 5. I explained to the bartender that I only had 2 drinks and he informed me that I would need to dispute the charges with my bank. After many visits, I had always felt the my bill was a bit elevated but only today was I able to prove it. I am it the parking lot writing this while feeling totally taken advantage of. Also, 20% gratuity for drinks, wow! Beware of this place. It was once a favorite but now i feel it's being run by a bunch of crooks. I will dispute it with my bank but I feel bad for escalating this to Google. They will over charge you for drinks you did not order. Please do not visit this place. Owner was totally RUDE about an incident that happened tonight bc another female was purposely knocking my chair with her twerking and swinging her weave so hard that it came around my head from behind and hit me in my eyes not once but multiple times after asking nicely to back up. She kept doing it until it became an issue and we exchanged words. Her and her group of friends were removed and I was told to go back inside. The owner asked me what happened and as I explained, she kept cutting me off and telling me “OK , well you need to leave then!” (All aggressively) I said “why? I didn’t do anything but ask her nicely to move back and she ignored me and kept doing it harder!” She repeated “ok then you need to leave!!!” I said fine! Then when I go outside, my daughter n law called her over to explain it again and she acted all nice and said I didn’t explain it that way. (The same story!) I used to like to go to this bar but the owner is very unprofessional and disrespectful and I will NEVER patronize her business again. I am a frequent customer at Urban Social on Sundays and always received superior service from the bartenders. Well unfortunately that superior service was not upheld by this bartender named Mya. On March 9th I stopped in as I normally do for Sunday Funday and ordered two drinks. Well upon the completion of the two drinks being made I asked Mya can she add one more drink to my order. Mya was very RUDE and started cursing at me and made the comment you’re doing nothing but slowing me down and other remarks under her breath and to patrons standing around. As much money as I spend at this establishment on Sundays and often tip the bartenders very generously I would have never expected to be treated this way. Urban Social needs to reevaluate having her as a bartender. Her attitude is HORRIBLE and she will eventually run this business to the ground.
