I had a terrible experience at this salon with Kelly. This was only my second manicure ever, and I specifically chose this place after doing a lot of research and reading reviews. I had been growing out and caring for my natural nails just to achieve a specific shape, so I requested Kelly hoping she could help me with that.
From the start, things felt rushed. Kelly was at the front desk when we arrived, and when I asked a few questions about services, she sighed as if I was being difficult. I had also read good reviews about Diane, so I asked if my mom could have her for a pedicureāwhich she did, and thankfully had a great experience.
Kelly, however, turned out to be my technician. I showed her my inspiration picture, but she barely glanced at it and rushed through filingāmaybe 5ā10 seconds per nail. My nails look nothing like what I wanted (PROOF ATTACHED). When I asked for a rounded shape (not oval), she actually rolled her eyes at me. Not only is that unprofessional, but itās extremely disrespectful. She never made eye contact, didnāt communicate, and the whole experience felt cold and dismissive. I read through the āClassic manicureā details and it mentions a āhand soakā which I wasnāt provided either
Also, Iām not sure if drinks or water are usually offered, but we werenāt given anything.
The only reason Iām giving 2 stars is because my mom enjoyed her service with Diane. As for me, I will absolutely not be coming backāand I wouldnāt recommend this place if you care about your time, comfort, or being treated with basic respect.
I would 100% recommend Le Bijou Nails and Spa which was where I went the first time, i'd rather pay a few bucks more and be happy and be treated with respect than over here and Iād recommend you to...

I decided on waiting in my car. 15 minutes later two women walk in & got serviced. (maybe they had appointments) I walk back in at 6:09pm and only had to wait about 10 minutes. The lady who did my toes was super nice. The same lady at the door did my nails. Talk about RUSHING!! i wanted a specific pink and she was no help. She kind of acted annoyed. I had to get up in the middle of my pedicure to get a few colors that i may like. They then asked me to pay at 6:50p because the lady doing my toes had to go home. Like can i not relax?! Ultimately, i did not like the color on my toes so i asked her to just take it off and i will do them at home. It sucks because i myself do nails and i finally decided to come get pampered and hated the whole thing. I paid $77 with no polish on my toes & nails i hate. I live in the area and thought my i lucked up. Wouldnāt recommend.
UPDATE: i was invited back to the nail salon again & my experience was way different. my technician, Tu was AMAZING. I went in to have them repaired and was met with āthe lady who did this isnāt here today. Come back tomorrowā when I said I am traveling tomorrow and need this done, I was sat there for around 25 minutes while technicians whispered with each other and was finally told āI can fix three I donāt have time for moreā. The one tip replacement broke off 5 days later. I havenāt been back to see if they repair it. The attitude and service are really off putting and their technique is lacking. Given the charge ($120+tip) this is a ripoff.
UPDATE & RESPONSE: I appreciate the offer; I genuinely considered it and I would have taken you up on it (and amended my review accordingly) if it reflected genuine care and offered timely service. But honestly I can't just walk around with half broken nails for days until you have a slow day to offer to repair it. In all honesty, your offer seems to be more an attempt at renegotiating a negative review than it is reflective of genuine care for a client's satisfaction and very much on brand with what I have experienced so far from your shop.
