I highly recommended you go to this store, if you’re buying they’re the best and if you’re selling they’re the best too. If there’s more than 5 stars I would give it to Joe, he has the best customer service ever, and he helped a lot 👏🏼👏🏼 And made my day better, I have sold some staff I was struggling to sell, and bought what I needed. They also have high brand bags and shoes and all in great condition. Don’t think twice, they’re your best EZ pawn store in the town.

Worst customer service. Stay away from this place you will be scammed.

Purchased a blower with protection plan On jun 4 guy claimed I would be able to return if not working. They claimed to not have mix gas for the blower so they didn’t not offer to try it before purchase.

Jun 6 I return to ask for a refund blower never started. And realize he did not give me the protection he claim he would. He had the dignity to look me in the eyes and tell me the receipt does not show my protection plan. Keep in mind same person who sold It is assisting me. Long story short after talking with them and trying to come to a understanding they offered to buy it back for 50% back never even turn on but apperantly it lost 50% value. Be carefull I am sure the blower I returned that did not work will be sold to some one else.

Will never take my business to them luckily Bayou pawn on long point is we’re i will be taking my business away from thief’s...

Immediately, when I walked in easy point, I was greeted by Miss Tara, and the whole entire staff, she signed me up for an account which took no longer than five minutes, I was highly impressed. I bought in my shoes so speakers, and they really hooked me up to anyone who comes to EZ pawn on Kempwood Drive make sure you visit Miss Howard and the whole entire staff, they will take care of you and they are God given. I love this place and I’ll be sure to be back if I need to trade in anything, just ask for Miss Tara when you get here please...

I’m Just Going To Start Off By Saying, “OMGGGG Honeyyyy”…. So I was actually heading to the Auto Shop next to EZ Pawn, and had done passed it up, looking at this EZ Pawn Shop. So I was like, well maybe I need to just go inside, so I did. I was greeted twice by Cierra and Tara. They helped me find what I needed, plus the item was still brand new. There was also a gentleman in there wit the ladies, and he helped them, help me as well, with no problem. Because of nice people like them, I’ll definitely continue to be a EZ...
