Tortilleria Zacatecas — Restaurant in Houston

I have visited this establishment a few times, and every time I have been disappointed. The last time it was on a Sunday, and the barbacoa and the carnitas were extremely dry--as if the food was from a day of two before and had been reheated multiple times. And the flavor was not good either.
