DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU SPEAK ENGLISH! They refuse to take orders in English

Saw this place advertised on TikTok and thought the ice cream looked amazing so we drove 20 minutes only to get to the window and be told they don’t accept orders in English. We thought maybe if we came to the window they would at least try to take the order but upon getting to the window were told they wouldn’t accept our order because we speak English (even though we’re in America where the language is English). Someone replied to my initial review saying they were told the order was for alcohol which they don’t serve however we did not order alcohol only ice cream and were refused because we speak English. No one even bothered to try to take the order which is not how we operate in America.

I will not be coming back ever. Please do not come here and waste youre time or money. I came here with my family and we were treated poorly. Not only was the service horrible, the mangonadas were of poor quality. Mangos were sour and the smoothie itself was literal applesauce with artificial mango flavor added to it. The quality of the vanilla icecream we brought was also disappointing, my son had to spit it out and throw it away since it was so disgusting. And when we tried to ask for chamoy salsa or spice powder to at least make the mangonadas better, they refused with a nasty attitude claiming that they had to charge us more because they had already given us the “measured” amount. I wouldve at least given them a 3 star if the customer service was...

Las Ranas Refresquería – A Must-Try Spot for Cravings!

Stopped by Las Ranas and wow — everything hit the spot! I got a raspa, Hot Cheetos with cheese, a hot dog, and an agua fresca, and honestly, I’d go back just for any one of those.

The raspa was super refreshing, perfect texture and flavor — not too icy, not too syrupy. The Hot Cheetos with cheese were 🔥 — super cheesy, just how they should be. The hot dog was simple but tasty, and the agua fresca was super fresh and flavorful

Everything was served pretty quickly, and the staff was friendly too. It’s definitely the kind of spot you stop at when you're craving something fun and flavorful.
