Don't waste your time in this location.I called regarding their prices about laptops and why is not posted online. I called customer service and Henry kindly transfer to this store. I explain my situation and that I was interested to buy two laptops in their store. I asked what type of laptops they carried in the store and what series. The lady flat out told me that all the computers are in the back and can't give all the information. Then I told the lady whom answer my call of why the store hasn't post laptops online, So we can avoid this future issue of me calling to store . She told me that I can come to the store , she provided me the wrong address. I was about to ask her another question and she flat out hang up on me. At this moment , I realize that I should take my money somewhere else since this location does not care about customer service and treat right the potential customer. With this interchange with the lady who I spoke with, it gave straight up red flags. Beware anyone, If this people on this location gave me this attitude as a potential customer. All they want is to take advantage of you and get your money.They promise your delivery arrives on time, but not only did mine arrive a day after they called and said they were "40 minutes away" , they didn't even bring all my furniture that I had purchased. So I called and to speak to the people in charge of the warehouse and not only did they said that the furniture I'm missing is not on "the list" but that I also have to call back tomorrow to make an appointment to speak with the salesperson who was in charge of what I had purchased, whom my I add not only has my number but never seems to answer my phone calls anymoređhmmm...    Read moreI will NEVER get anything from FAMSA again. I have a personal loan and I had furniture with them. When it came time to pay off my furniture they gladly took my payment and only provided me with a confirmation number for proof of payment. I'm in the process of purchasing a home and I went to the store to request a copy of a receipt showing that the account was paid in full and they denied me that. I called customer service to request a history of payments and ( Henry was very nice but) said it would take 2 business days to get and that if I needed any other document I would have to wait 6 MONTHS to retrieve!! 6 MONTHS for a document you're entitled to get? RIDICULOUS!! They DO NOT offer autopay, their customer service department at the store is HORRENDOUS! They're only nice in the beginning while they're trying to get you to sign their contracts!
