This place is a disaster! First of all let me start off by saying when I walked in and I was greeted they sat me down and eight empty seat there were five other people in there that were not handling customers and there was only one lady doing nails that day I had to wait for her to get done so she could do my nails I almost walked out. Second as she was doing my nails I realize that she was extremely rough and she just kept saying I’m sorry I’m sorry but you didn’t let off from being rough. Third of all she handled my nails very differently from what I’ve ever experience she didn’t put the Heese of polish on there she didn’t grill it down with a little tool to make it stick when she put the acrylic on she put the colored acrylic on right on top before actually dried. She did not let me wash my hands so that I could scrub off the excess she did not let my hands completely dry before they made me go to the chair to get my toes done and it’s only been three days and two of my nails popped off when she did my toes my feet I have to admit are nice but I didn’t even get fully out the door before the polish had came off. I will never spend my money at this place again ever again and I suggest that you don’t either I spent $55 and I gave her a five dollar tip and she did not deserve it I will never go to this...

Not a good experience. After going through a bit of a rough patch I thought I would treat myself to a nice pedicure. I deserved it. I chose this place because of all of the nice reviews. I didn't catch the lady's name but she wore a necklace with a V on it. She didn't ask what I wanted or how I wanted my nails done. She was very rough and stabbed me a couple of times with her instrument, as well as shoving it under my nails. She also cut my toe. When she exfoliated my legs i thought it would draw blood. It hurt. The polish began bleeding over on my skin. She used a makeup brush with a lot of remover and that would make it worse. Finally i was about to leave and walked out the door and the polish bled again, so I had to go back in and have her fix it. As I went back in after about 30 seconds she was rinsing out the basin at the chair I was in with only water an then filled it back for the next lady. That is not enough time to sanitize. And the polish is still on my skin. Just because I had a bad experience doesn't mean you will. Others i saw...

Worst ever. They were nice when I came in the 1st time, and I appreciated them and tipped well. My nails started coming off 2 day’s later. I was here on a Friday and by Sunday afternoon, 1 acrylic nail came off. It’s now Wednesday and 7 have come off. I called yesterday afternoon to make an appointment for 5:30 today. They didn’t write down my appointment so I came back for nothing because they are too busy to fix the nails. I am a single mom to a 2 year old so getting a sitter or occupying him while I get them done is a huge challenge. She will only give me the option to come back during times I can’t get here without my son. After trying several times to work out a time, she basically said too bad, come tomorrow or wait today, and I can’t, I asked for a refund and she said no.
