Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Houston

I visit there this morning and while placing my order the drive-thru cashier Natasha displayed much attitude w/ me. I placed my order she asked "what size drink would I like" when I advised her whatever size that comes w/ the meal is fine w/ me she advised me to drive to the window and advised me "YOU NEED TO BE MORE SPECIFIC W/ WHAT YOU WANT WHEN YOU'RE ORDERING" when I got to the window. Appalled w/ her unnecessary/rude response I just looked at her...as I went to write the telelphone number to make a complaint she rudely advised me "OH DON'T WRITE THAT NUMBER DOWN HERE IS ANOTHER NUMBER" and walked away. When she returned to the window I asked for her name and she responded just as rude as before "NATASHA!" I not only left this resturant thinking who hired her, but I left feeling totally disrespected and HUNGRY! I called and complained to the manager and he assured me he would address the issue w/ the drive-thru cashier. This is horrible and if a person is spending their money there is no reason for...

Came here the other night and the tacos were bomb like the best jack tacos I've ever had, so we came again earlier today and the app messed up and wouldn't submit our order (and still charged me) so we decided to just order at the drive thru. Pulled up took our order and the guy asked us to wait while they checked if they had the stuff to make an Oreo shake, proceeded to tell us yes they have the stuff. Good, fine, pulled up to the window and paid got the shake and it wasn't mixed, asked the dude to mix it and he said 'we don't have the mixer, lended it to a sister store' . Got our food and they forgot the drink. Went back, came home and the jack wrap has PICKLES instead of jalapenos. Burger has nasty lettuce. Tacos are greasy real bad AND still cold. Idk what happened but the tacos I had a few nights ago were a dream and...

I go to this location on Ella and 18th daily. I usually get 4 tacos and a value fry. I then ask for a little extra taco sauce and a cup of water. Today the middle-aged lady with cornrows acted as if I ruined her day by asking for water. I got a small water with an attitude from her when usually I get a medium or large water with no problem. I grew up with Jack in the Box in Texas. To be quite honest, I haven't had the food in almost 20 years due to living on the East Coast. Recently, I have moved back home to Houston, and this location is on my way home. I'm trying to make this a staple in my daily routine. My expectations are not too high by any means. Please address this.
