I'm always cautious of picking a nail salon in times of need but this one had 4 stars so I felt comfortable allowing them to manicure my nails. I had been growing my nails out so they were nice and pretty. The nail tech trimmed my cuticles with the drill and after I stated " I like you to protect the integrity of my nails and not drill so much" she said "I make them look pretty" and overdrilled my nail beds. I felt that my nails wouldn't last at this point and asked to dip then for an extra layer of protection. The dip was not good quality and resulted in this look 10 days later. 3 nails on each hand started to chip, peel, or break. It was the worse. Have been a customer for a few years. Nancy and Tina are great. Tina is top notch. She is very particular when it comes to a design. She takes her time and makes sure every line is perfect. She recently did my nails and they were flawless. (Pink and white) These ladies are great to be around. Always entertaining and always laughing about something.
