Simplemente porque soy un "Abbatoir" y también autoproclamado mejor chef en Houston Heights, en el que nací y crecí. G -pa construyó Studewood Park. ¿Por qué menciono esto? Porque hemos estado aquí desde que Texas era México. I grew up in Mexico eating authentic mexican barbacoa and have to say that to me this is my favorita barbacoa to eat in Houston since I started going in 2019.

The meat is amazing and flavorful, the tortillas are really really gold, and the salsa is very good as well. Also the menudo is fantastic at this place! Make sure to get some as well.
