Subway — Restaurant in Houston

Sergio got upset because I didn't like that he put a tomato that rolled off onto the table back on my sandwich. He took the tomato off and told me it was okay. I told him it wasn't. He threw the tomato away and put more. I told him to just give me the sandwich. He began to speak to me in Spanish. I told him several times that I didn't speak Spanish. He then began to talk to the cashier in Spanish while she was trying to tell me everything was clean. I told her it wasn't as I'm looking at food and stains on the table. Sergio then started to tell me "whatever". I asked why he was telling me that. He began to throw his hands in the air. Then, he started to yell "look". He wanted me to look at some sign on the wall. I told him, "I just want my sandwich". He then began to tell me he was refusing to serve me. I just wanted to get out of the heat and...

This location isn’t the closest one to me, so I’ve only visited twice. Both times have been in the last ~8 months. Both times their customer service has been incredibly bad. The employees are just rude and seem bothered to do their jobs. Today was particularly impressive. I walked in and no one else was there, other than me and two employees. One was making sandwiches from an online order, the other was stocking the drink fridge. Neither acknowledged me in any way. I just stood there practically right in front of one. And she didn’t even say hello, or just a moment, or anything. She spoke to the other woman about drinks. The other woman finally saw me, nothing from her either. After quite a few moments of not even being greeted I just left. They have the absolute worst attitudes here and nonexistent...

This location is everything you’d hope and dream in a usual Subway experience.

If you have never been to a Subway before, brace yourself. They make sandwiches! And the best part… you don’t have to make it yourself. You tell the employees exactly what you want and they will put anything you want on any sandwich with any type of bread. Their vegetable selection is unreal. Basically anything that you want to put on a deli sandwich, they have it. Well, almost anything. Maybe not foreign meats or sauces. Eat fresh is their (old?) slogan that may have been done away with.
