Whiskey Still Co — Local services in Houston

HI, YOU DECIDE. I emailed the Whiskey Still Company 4 times, requesting information about purchasing one of their stills and questions about their stills. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY RETURNED EMAILS ABOUT ANYTHING. I decided to call them, placed 2 phone calls and got their answering machine. Finally someone called me back and stated they were having problems with their email system. I gave the person my email address and ask them to email me so we could open up the lines of communication. TWO DAYS PASSED AND NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL. I called them two more times and got their answering machine, left message for them to either call me or email me. THREE DAYS HAVE PASSED AND NEVER RECEIVED EITHER A PHONE CALL OR AN EMAIL. SO, I AM GLAD I JUST DIDN'T PICK OUT A STILL ON THEIR WEBPAGE, SEND IN MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO PURCHASE A STILL AND HOPE FOR THE BEST. I DON'T KNOW WERE THEY GOT ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS, BUT THIS IS MINE.........BE CAREFUL. WHEN WRITING A REVIEW YOU HAVE TO PICK OUT THE NUMBER OF STARS YOU WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY.....YOU HAVE TO PICK 1 TO 5 STARS, YOU CAN'T SAY NONE. I PICKED 1 STAR, BUT WHEN I POSTED THE REVIEW IT SHOWED I PICK 4 STARS...I DIDN'T, I PICKED 1, BECAUSE I HAD TO. ANOTHER VERY BAD...

I've had one of the 10 gallon holiday styles for several years and know of another. These have been outstanding. They work great and produce quality product. The design is not only beautiful but works great. My wife almost didn't let me use it, because she wanted to put it in the living room for decoration. She lost, but I have been using it and love it. Mine was a gift but the other one was bought separately and neither one was a problem with the order, so I Don't know why some have had a problem? Ordered a still on 7.27.2023. It is now 8.31.2023. The money was taken out of our account immediately with an automated email. I have emailed the company several times with no response and their phone number is no longer in service. I do not recommend ordering from this company as I believe it is a scam. We even tried contacting the manager of the industrial park. We should have researched better. AVOID ordering...
